Sunday's referee rose swiftly up the officials ranking and for a short time became a full-time referee taking charge of Super League matches. But then he decided he wanted to devote more time to his family and business and reverted to being a part-time referee.
On this page we only record official matches so it does not include the fact that he refereed our pre-season game against Leeds Rhinos last month.
Fev have an awful record with Jack Smith in charge, losing 7 out of 9 matches, grist to the mill of the conspiracy theorists!!
