In 2018 Fev
had an awful disciplinary record in terms of penalties conceded, sin bins and
sending’s off. We were averaging nearly 10 penalties against us per match and two sin bins in every three matches.
Since then Ryan
Carr and James Webster have really got to grips with this problem and, in 2019,
bringing in former referee, Dave Merrick, to work with the team turned out to
be an excellent move.
This season we
will occasionally review the situation by comparing our performance with the
rest of the Championship teams.
Here is our first review and we are well in the best half of the table on all counts. Each table goes from best at the top to worst at the bottom.
